DO I HAVE TO USE RED COPPER™ COOKWARE TO MAKE THE RECIPES IN THIS BOOK?
No. Everyone can enjoy the recipes in the book. However, some of the recipes require putting the pan in the oven from the stove. Since Red Copper™ is heat resistant up to 500°F, the pan can go directly in the oven from the stove, making less to clean up.
ARE THERE VEGETARIAN AND/OR VEGAN FRIENDLY RECIPES? GLUTEN-FREE?
Red Copper™ Skillet Cooking hosts a wide variety of recipes. There are many vegetarian-friendly recipes and some vegan-friendly recipes. However, you can substitute meat and dairy, so most of the recipes would be easy to veganize or make vegetarian. For example, for the Bacon-Crusted Hawaiian Pizza Can be substituted with vege-friendly bacon and ham, and veganized with dairy-free cheese. Gluten-free versions of the ingredients can also be substituted to suit your dietary restrictions.
