Intellectual Property Clerk

Intellectual Property Clerk - who will assist clients in reporting disputes involving patent, trademark and copyright issues.

• Investigate and compile information on international marketplaces, such as Amazon, Alibaba, etc to enforce companies infringing on our intellectual property
• Research marketplaces intellectual property policies in order to archive effective takedowns
• Send daily reports to a supervisor
• Monitor International Trademark, copyright and patent intellectual list using lookup web pages and emails from affiliate companies
• Assist work enforcements identified by distributors and sellers
• All other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Understanding and knowledge of internet
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High sense of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented: hands-on and able to adapt as needed
• Internet research-oriented and knowledgeable
• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
